Pastor Frank Harms is the founding and Senior Pastor of R.O.C. Christian Ministries, a strong and thriving local church. He believes in the Biblical authority of the local church and preaches the entire counsel of God without compromise.
God has anointed him with an ability for effective deliverance and healing ministry for the whole man - spirit, soul and body (1 Thessalonians 3:25).
Pastor Harms strongly believes in the absolute authority of scripture and will not operate outside of those boundaries.
Pastor Sally Harms is the Executive Pastor at R.O.C.She serves in an endless number of capacities, dedicating herself wholly to serving God and His church.
